Kialo Winters

Kialo Winters is a teacher, musician, visual artist and advocate for youth leadership. Over the past several years he has participated in creative workshops sponsored by Littlglobe, Inc. and Futures for Children, Inc. Through his experiences with internationally recognized artists he joined a diverse group of individuals from three geographically attached communities to establish a council promoting the arts which will become an asset-based community. The TOC Project is devoted to inclusion that crosses many divisions including ethnicity, age, gender and geography. Winters lives on the Navajo Nation reservation with his wife and three daughters.

He is also a community coordinator with the Futures for Children, Inc. mentorship program which bonds reservation students from the southwest U.S. and connects them with adult professionals from across the United States making life-long connections that encourages and inspires youth to achieve their academic goals.

Allison Tachine

Allison Tachine is a filmmaker, screenwriter, and a veteran of the Armed Forces. Allison graduated from The University of New Mexico with a BA in Media Arts and from the Central New Mexico Community College's Film Technician's Taining Program. He has worked as a below-the-line crew on Independent and Hollywod films. This is Allison's first year with TRCC.

Terri Winters

Terri Winters is a graphic artist, volunteer medical technician and advocate of community sports programming. She actively participates with families and organizations promoting community sports in the region. As a ropes-course instructor she creatively instills life skills for all participants through a safe and structured environment. Winters lives on the Navajo Nation reservation with her husband and three kids. Her hobbies include skiing, hiking, dog training, photography, film/media, graphic design and cooking.
